I have a reasonable holding in both GUL & AGM (since 1.8 and 4 c respectively) I appreciate your honesty in being critical in the perfornance of GUL in particular .
You can see I am in a healthy profit position in both companies ,but the the discount to NTA has increased significantly over the last 12 months in GUL over AGM.
Look at a % graph comparison between the 2 (90% GUL NTA is AGM shares)
I agree with with most of your criticsms of the slugish Board as they have benefited only by AGM,s success .
There is a need for them now to make money from either their property investments or develop an exploration or mining project(s) , this is the only way they could issue 42 mil extra shares easily at about 5c.
This could be very easy with AGM 's directors mining and exploration experience especially as AGM also owns 30% of GUL
