re: whats with the smack down June, I'd hazard a guess that it was an institutional swap of about 16M+ shares, so because of the number was done at a slight discount. Most broker reports I have seen are fairly supportive and value it in the $7 range, next year we can expect a 42 cent div or better, but the company are expecting to give a guidence on that in Oct.
