    It's true that delays will adversely effect the SP, but if they do start up in the next week or two the SP will rocket ahead. The Philipines can't afford to blow this, if they want to attract foreign investment. The potential revenue once production starts is enormous, and many of the big boys are quietly waiting on the sideline ready to pounce as soon as the announcement is made. LAF is well cashed up and ready for action (and so are the big boys).
