I think you are spot on.
About 2 months ago I sent an email to Glenn CATCHPOLE, CEO of Uranerz in the USA.
One of my questions was that PEN was targeting an initial JORC of 12 to 18 mil pounds and asked his thoughts.
His reply was " it sounds pretty big and � would have to see the full report"
He further stated "as you proably know, Wyoming has alot of low grade U3O8 so the cut off grade is of importance".
Now, at about the same time I asked these questions, Uranerz announced an initial JORC of 998,000 pounds of U308 in Wyoming.
Their share price rose 54%.
The cut off grade used by PEN does not inflate the size of the resource and may well be on the high side.
I am at peace with PENS JORC announcement. I hold long term and I look forward to further boxes being ticked.
The true value in PEN will be released when production commences.
