even if they have $4 million in revenue the other part of the equation $24 mill in liquid has to be satisfied , which means the books have to be done for the month.

unless CMQ blew 6 million this month then milestone satisfied.

look at it as a positive. no announcement as yet then just waiting for monthly expenditure to be released.
