re: where is the announcement It was only quite recently that the company confirmed that it was "confident" of achieving the $4mil revenue target.

By the time we got to the beginning of this month, surely they would be in a position to confirm that the target had been met if the $1.4mil Inviro order is included in revenue. The interest for the year would be largely known and the interest amount for June reasonably able to be calclulated, even if not 100% right. It's not as if it would be so close that a few dollars either way would make the difference.

The fact that they have not confirmed reaching the target means that the complete value of the Inviro order has NOT been included in revenue. And unless Iviro agree to complete the order tonight while the market is closed, CMQ will find itself in breach of the covenants
