perhaps PP wants to retain some leverage in the area ...and in the new mining house ARH...its more than dollars rolling his way its also about leverage..hes had this area a long time and obviously thought about it long term and too smart to be held to ranson by one party alone...so he ends up with the lions share..so what they,re doing the lions work... lotta things feed off kills...including .....
