I suspect that U.S based FMR LLC or another entity have made a decision to quit or continue to reduce their Holding.They have been doing so for the past few months I.E. continually drip feed in a small sell stream at the last sale price less one cent.Suggest you have a look at Lihir`s Company announcement Re FMR LLC dated 8th May and then take a look at the depth of sales to see that this trend continues.As frustrating as it is for long term holders, this strategy by the seller is better for us rather than the large scale dump method.Obviously US$ and AUS $ exchange rate is not doing us any favours either.
