    What is stopping some one buying 100m shares for 100k in a company and voting themselves on the board and making the company insolvent and distributing any assets to shareholders? Amazing no one has tried.

    Wonder what the queens land govt would do. Im sure the underwriters would help anybody liquidate the company.
