re: why doesnt some one pursue insolvancy I should also point out that the logic of the road seems to be spot on.

From what I can tell, all existing roads remain, so it doesn't look like motorists will be 'funnelled' onto the toll road, as has happened elsewhere in the past. From my perspective, pricing will be the issue, especially for cross city travellers who presumably would pay two tolls (one to Brisconnections and one to Rivercity).

Mind you, the way Brisbane traffic has been going, we might be looking for any relief we can get in a couple of years.
