re: why doesnt some one pursue insolvancy you have 4 months as a director, the way these people pay them selves could even make profit. And by the time you get taken off the board because you have not paid the shares and the underwriters organize a egm and vote you off with your shares. You could even be up.

Amazing no one has tried because if its 20 cent per share that could be returned to shareholders through insolvency thats a profit of $20m
