re: why nguyen should not be killed I notice that none of those who claim that capital punishment is not a deterrent refer to Malaysia as an example to back their claims. Malaysia is working towards eliminating drug abuse from their society within the next generation by adopting a number of stategies decided by rational thought, with capital punishment underpinning it all.
