What evidence do you have that some posters are agents of big pharma companies? Most posts get less than 100 reads, meaning that at best they reach less than 1% of shareholders... hardly worth the effort if the aim is to create despair in the minds of supporters. And not everyone who reads the posts is necessarily a shareholder either. What evidence do you have that they are interfering in the regulatory approval process?

What evidence do you have that there is no shortage of new capital? I don't see anyone rushing forward with $60mil to buy out the bondholders, not even Mr Major who said he believes bondholders see "great value" in the company. The most recent capital raising would have been a complete failure had Dr Melrose not put in $6mil himself.

What evidence do you have that the product will be cheaper when manufactured by PCAS? There is so little information in the annual reports that it is impossible to know how much it costs to produce the stuff, or whether there will be any economies of scale. Furthermore they are pretty much committed to maintaining the selling price as this was claimed to be a fundamental reason why CMQ was such a good proposition to invest in. Already we know that they have not achieved the claimed price of $1mil per tonne of API because the distributors get 30% - fair enough, but with the new strategic direction CMQ will not be benefiting from that distribution margin as was once planned.

As to who to believe about the Inviro sale, the evidence is weighted in the bondholders favour because the only independent party to have seen the details so far are the auditors, and they say they are unable to determine if the sale should have been included in revenue or not. They are experts in their field who have vast experience examining all sorts of financial arrangements, yet despite this they took a look at whatever deal was done with Inviro and they were unable to draw a conclusion, they could not even come up with an alternative audit procedure to be able to make a determination. The only other parties making a claim about the transaction are Inviro, Chemeq and the bondholders, but none of them are independent of the transaction and all have a finacial consequence of it, so I don't believe that their claims carry the same importance as an independent party
