I am ringing ASIC Monday morning. I have given management too much time to inform shareholders. I will be forwarding emails to them as well regarding their responses.

Its pretty clear regardless of situation, company should be giving shareholders information on the proposed resolutions.


Current Management clearly have preference of informing those major shareholders/future "sophisticated" investors on the direction of the company over the market.


To those JG doubters - ask yourselves - how much shareholder dilution has been done over the past 3-4 years whilst taking the company through the development stage to potential producer stage. I doubt the lack o dilution has been an attraction to future investors, but as a long term holder - I found it a massive "hold" factor that our biggest shareholder was looking after our interests.

I have zero doubt something to do with the JG "resigning" was the CR we just did - which in every way you look at it, was massively dilutive to shareholders. Yes we did we need funds?

JG for all his crap talking and spinning, kept shareholder dilution to a minimum, something that management of exploration companies simply do not care about, as long as they are getting paid and the project is getting cash to be developed, they simply do not care.

Yes he was overpaid, but ide rather overpay a MD that looks after shareholder interests then one that does not.

Until we are informed otherwise, current management will get nothing from me.
