I throught it was a poor contribution to the story about the pirates. There was nothing there we did not know. I thought they were quite ignorant. There was no mention or recognition of Puntland and the different circumstances. Puntland is more stable. They can change government without dispute. If they want to fix the pirates they talk to Puntland. You cannot equate Puntland with Southern Somalia. It is anarchy in the south. Puntland and the South may as well be on two different planets. Pluntland is the key and the possible vehicle for a future Somalia, if the South doesn't self destruct. Is not just a civil war, it is freely stated that foreign/extremists fighters are trying to take over Southern Somalia The US House of Congress has a better knowledge/appreciation of Puntland/Somalia than that of the Business Channel and the author, although I agree with their assesment on a Geo-political basis.
