the comments about discretionary spending are real and echoed by all retailers, especially the major supermarkets.
just an observer, but i suspect now is the time to focus on one area that has the greatest potential for success and hone in on that. if retail is trending down and it can be sold, then sell it and divert all funds to the lupin and/or oat milk projects.
