where Freshtel's business model is far superior to its competitors is it transfers any marketing risk and expense to the wholesaler, in the process getting a user fee, hardware royalty, cut of call revenue and network fees.
call revenue profit margins will only decrease as competition increases in the voip industry. FRE's business model decreases this risk by not being solely dependent on this revenue stream.
the main point i like about these white label deals is by teaming with best of breed retailers, Freshtel are tapping into extensive marketing streams and not incurring upfront costs.
imo, the attractiveness of this company will only continue to grow as it teams with more retailers around the world.
