Thats what the chart is reading.
BTW My daughter fell on some metal and got a very nasty bang on the head. Rushed her to the nearest hospital which unfortunately is a Mayne hospital. The nearest Public was a good 45 minutes away. They declined to see her and told us to got the local GP.
1.5 hrs later a GP saw her and suggested a close vigil of her condition for the next 6 hours. The Mayne Emergency department was empty except for a few bored admin personnel and a couple bored nurses.
