There may be an opportunity in in the second half of FY23 if listings fall further than consensus is predicting. That might be a decent time to look to the medium term if the market has a tantrum. Having said that, is some of that already in the price?
Around 100 seems good, but on a multi year view todays prices still offer a decent return given growth on offer and market position. A big stumble and its a long way down though on a de rate. Thats investing I guess, bullet proof business model....at the moment.
