May be market is marking the low listing in October 22. This is expected for next 6-12 months I suppose with high interest rate damping the property market. Also expenses are high due to additional wages for investment to increase future business. But it is really good business model in structurally growing segment of economy. With Australian population growing property related revenue is going only one way in the long term.Also in India it is keeping no 1 spot even though showing losses yet. With India showing lot of growth over last 5 years having over taken UK’s economy. With young demographic, it will be great place to be invested. Not to mention business moving out of China and some moving to India like Apple. Again this will be a business with future benefit over next 3 to 5 years.
