The number of listings has ballooned as time to sell blows out. Brand new listings well down as expected. REA is probably doing quite well now, though as the old stock clears it could be quite lean for REA in first half of 2023. Syd prices down ~2% in July, ~1.5% Melb, rates still moving higher - the crash is on...
