You are correct. Not REE is easy to extract, but most is valuable, it does look promising. Regardless the profile as i purchased it, was for the gold (which was a no brainer in my opinion), but the REE will be an exciting potential bonus that could surprise a lot a people, especially in its location. A lot of time to where this is located, other valuable metals also exist. So i am now very bullish on it.
