A few larger shareholders have heard rumours that the company is on the verge of signing a new CEO, they wouldnt be hiring a new CEO to do the mail and act as a tea lady would they?? My understanding is that they need a CEO to negotiate some contracts which are delicately placed right now. So an announcement of a new CEO could be a good sign. Stocks with market caps of $3 million dont need to do a great deal to get the market excited, a deal with a blue chip client could do wonders for the stock.....
