It was positive, but it only was an incremental report on top of earlier announcements. A lot of it was confirming what we already knew.

I think the market at-large is waiting for something concrete now, like a timeline, or equipment on-site before moving. That said, there could be a delayed reaction as well; often with smaller players like CFR it'll be a matter of chance for big investors to stumble over it, do their research, and then jump in.
