Vainglorious, the bureaucratic unwinding is a minefield to be worked through and will embroil the UK and other nations in counter-productive posturing for at least a decade.
There may even be headless chickens no-one anticipated. I suspect that Vladimir Putin will be grinning from ear to ear at an outcome which will greatly weaken the current EU.
Indeed, an increasingly divided and dysfunctional Europe will enable Putin to ramp up Russia's recent aggression throughout the Region - his golden opportunity to assume control of the Middle East and neighboring EU states.
