I've been holding a large portion of PDN for over 5 years now and have followed the rough surf we have encounted. I typically follow the top 20 SH to monitor if a dump is to occur however in the current situation the top 20 have been bolstering there holdings and most sellers seem to be the little guy panicking. DYOR but I feel this is the calm before the storm and I can guarantee overnight if WW3 happened we would see these shares $5+sp.
