you missed a vital point on india
2 months running they have suffered a major power outage with almost all of northern India with NO POWER at all
it's been attributed to some provinces drawing on more than alloted power load as per law...and it resulted in higher DEMAND for Power THAN AVAILABLE SUPPLY so the entire NETWORK MELTED DOWN....
NOT ONE LIGHT BULB WAS WORKING
thats why they are ordering Nuclear plants...
as the situation is only going to get worse....same problem in CHINA
