Sky It doesn't matter how many reactors china or any other country for that matter, want to build. BLR must be in position to deliver the goods otherwise it is just dreaming. BLR is bugged down by law suits and it is all because of the management negligence not having a foresight to ensure that they have covered all angles. I'm a holder and have lost lots. I wish all the holders good luck, you never know we may come out good at the end.
