it's all there and all sytems go with their plans for the underground mine and pre-selection of preferred contractors, new offtake agreement with Transamine, etc... plus throw in an Investor Roadshow planned in the short term.
doesn't sound like a company going under or taking a stupid offer from Cupric, with nothing left for shareholders, except for a few other unexplored mining leases.
Current lenders are obviously happy with this, having been fully briefed or else they would have called in the loans.
