I bought my first parcel at 4 cents and then was tempted to 2nd at 3.8 cents.But when I saw the capping going on something told me to wait as I suspected something was not right. Even though we are trading at 3.5 today I have still not bought my 2nd parcel.Markets a very volatile and want to see want the oil price does tonight.
