initially disappointing cash figures though it remains to be seen what the 'fringe' benefits of having NMDC on board really are - the market had it right during the interim trading when it touched 18.5c? - my only reservation? that NMDC have Indian government associations - would have preferred that LCY was dealing with a purely private enterprise outfit, you've no idea what Indian beaurocracy really means.....

sp will probably take a while to stabilise, and who's to say the offer will be accepted by major shareholders? though it probably will.....


overall though not a great outcome - even by my standards.....
