I think it is naive to assume that uranium price will be elevated by a Trump presidency.
For some years nuclear plants in the US have been shutting down because they can't compete with gas. If Trump encourages more (and maybe cheaper) gas, more nuclear plants will be shuttered.
Many years ago I was an enthusiast for PDN, taking as a given, the projections of the experts in the field, waiting patiently for the recovery of the uranium price. Sadly, it seems the experts were all promoting their own industry and ignoring the reality of the uranium market. You cannot draw any other conclusion.
