    Sushi, mate. So how stupid is Cheapskate for paying $74 million for all that land that, according to you, they are never going to develop. IDIOTS !!!!! I wonder what their shareholders think of that piece dumb strategy. Maybe you could run for the board of D's mate and sought this mess out.
