    The prospectus came out after market for the WVL share placement.

    Might pay to have a read of how WVL is structured and also how TTY fits into the rosy picture.

    As mentioned in the header, pay particular attention to pages 13 and 14.

    Also how Noble Group fits into the scheme of things.
