This is all pure greed of the Gordon Gekko variety.
How a CEO can be demoted and then recieve a substantially higher remuneration package is beyond me. I have never seen such a thing.
How come the Deputy Chairman ( a non executive director ) and who is the Chairman of the nominations and remuneration committee ( and until recently the WA DIvision President of the Australian Insitute of Company DIrectors and who currently serves on the National Corporate Governance Committee of the Australian Institute of Company Directors ) allow this situation to develop ?????
