While not wanting to give advice per se may I respectfully raise some points as "reminders" :
Watch out for a fob off with news such as $23m loan package. This meeting has nothing to do with that and it should not even be mentioned by the directors. They must speak to the issues to be voted on and nothing else.
Remember too that the meeting should be postponed until relevant information has been given such as who are the comparator group companies they intend to use to measure their performance against and ask that the shareholders have the right to vet the list.
Why are they using the 46th percentile to start earning awards when the Australian Shareholders Association (ASA) says it should be no less than the 51st percentile?
Wht are they breaching all applicable ASA requirements and is this reasonable behaviour. If necessary go through each one in line with the post "remuneration proposal breaches all ASA requirements.
Why does Chris Reed gets a sign-on bonus when he has been with company all these years. If they say it is to keep him in the company (as mm3 reported) then laugh them off the stage.
I do not think they will hand out puke bags at registration so take your own as it is likely you will need it when they force the remuneration package down your throat by using their big guns. But have your say at least and let us have a report after.
