I think some people need to digest the quarterly a bit. "nexus anticipate board approvals will be received this week with execution of documents to occur shortly afterwards.". Isn't this why we are in this. The bottom line is they expect documents signed this week. They wouldn't and couldn't say this if they thought otherwise. We are now one step closer to this being sewn up. Government approvals should not be a hurdle. This can only be construed as positive. Everything else was expected. Well done nexus, I look forward to a further creep upwards this week, first of all when people digest this report and secondly, when the announcement is made that they have Ben received - signed.
