I would also liked to have seen in the quarterly an update on the legal action by Sedco. If there have been no further developments then confirmation of this at least keeps us in the picture. If we know it is progressing then it tells us that Sedco is pursuing it. On the other hand if there is no progress thru the various stages then it maybe an indicator that it is not being vigorously pursued. (Hopefully it is the latter and NXS may not wish to prompt Sedco to push it.)
