How can you believe a word of the dribble that comes out of company announcements?

I'm reading in between the lines here and I can only see one of two outcomes from here, one is the winding up of the company (noe holders will be eyeing of any money from Australian arm) or two is an investment which will include a massive dilution of shares purely for the purpose of paying out the note holders. Either way current shaeholders are 'screwed'.

It's desperate measures when you are forced to sell (at the worst possible time) the only part of your business that has ever shown any revenues.

My feeling based on past experiences is that Quiktrak are heading towards closure. Someone else may pick up their technology and try to make something of it, or maybe not.
