two reasons. 1) they are frustrated holders who bought in way high and now they're mad. 2) they are ex holders who probably sold at a loss and can't handle the idea of the SP going above their sell price. or there's the 3rd possibility, they are all genuinely concerned citizens that only want the best for everyone because the world isn't sweet enough.
either way, penny stocks are penny stocks. they go down, they go up, the go bankrupt or they make us rich. best not to expect anything more than that
