    nothing is set in concrete.....a lot may change between now and the 15th January.............

    the important thing is that finance has been agreed to...anything else at this stage requires further clarification from the company which I am told will not be forthcoming.

    But I do understand your concerns as you are no longer a CNP shareholder.
