yep, then you might realise just how well the banks have done out of this. this will get their billion back plus almost all upside. no other scenario can/will play out. all the speculation on cnp re: "but what if they pay back debt" or "shareholders need to approve hybrids" aint gonna change the fact banks get 90.1%.
