re: so what do we think The way I understand it, that is the number of shares that that was voted for /against/ etc the resolution.
Your shares only count if you fill out and send in the proxy form.
If you have 100,000 shares and send in your form then you have voted 100,000 for / against etc.
I don't know what the category "open" means.

If I'm correct, given that FG and RL have 53.4 Million shares between them not many others voted for FG and maybe not too many people, including me, bothered to return their forms.
