Bill, I will bet you london to a brick qtk fails to substantially move on this news....
They used the word "deployed" in the summary of their announcement on 19/4/2006 and the word "delivered" in their announcement on 30/6/2006. Im not trying to rub salt into your wounds but everything in tonights announcement is old news. If you want to profit from your investment in QTK you are going to need luck & a considerably greater long term view.
