Well its been like 8 or so months of negotiations....the nicholsen group surely would of seen(they couldnt be that blind!!)that RAU,were super keen on what they have....so none ever accepts the first offer put forward!!.....AND RAU wouldntve put the "best" offer forward straigt away(youd like to think!)......that what negotiating to purchase is!!....i bet the parteners/freinds/ex workers etc that know the nicholsen group are buying up bigtime!!!....wouldnt be suprised if theres another announcement in a few weeks for another purchase offer!
