    According to the ASX release of 27 February 2012 the agreement with Yorkville was terminated .

    In it's place there is a simmilar convertible security agreement from a different fund - as this monthly minting of shares reminds us .

    Whether that fund are actively trying to manipulate the shareprice down I don't know .

    I'm sure Rob is doing his best to get us out of this and that it is not just some continuation of wages scheme .
