Roads Minister Duncan Gay has threatened to ground the entire fleet of Cootes fuel trucks in NSW after major defects were found in more of the company's fuel tankers.
He said the head of the company - Mark Rowsthorn, the chairman of parent firm McAleese - had been put on notice under national chain of responsibility legislation.
