To me its a take over target but not at this point of time .... they just need to increase the number of uses at a consistent level then it will create value in the company.
The game has always been to grow the captive audience 1st & then revenue streams 2nd.
Not sure what numbers they after but 25 - 35 million users sounds like a good number.
