Nothing standard about filing a form D.
Investors should be asking why and why the late filing, which itself is in breach of regulations.
Are you happy that the company, although flush with cash continues to make shareholders pay for services provided, thus treating shareholders with contempt while keeping their hands on the cash?

BTW, sp has pretty much given back its gain over previous 2 days.Not sure that will come up for discussion though here ,will it?
