wrong as usual - I really hesitate to stick my oar into this cesspool of ignorance - but 'palestinian' arabs as we now call them - regarded THEMSELVES during the British Mandate as Southern Syrians - there was no such title in the Arab world as 'palestinian' except as it referred to the old JEWISH population..... funny that, eh?.....
